I want to publicly express my gratitude to Firma Weber. We had a problem with our oil heating system at home and all of a sudden, we were left without heating and warm water. Obviously, a situation that no one wants to be in on winter time. I was given Firma's Weber telephone number, and upon contacting them, even though they were very busy with other appointments, they took time to visit our house that same day and solved the problem that we had, with proper explanations of what we needed to do in the future as well. Thanks very much for that. Excellent service.
